Shipping and Delivery

NOTE: Items that qualify for Free Shipping (when available) will be shipped via the most economical carrier of my choice. ships via your choice of USPS, FedEx, or UPS. We will ship orders within (1) business day after receipt of your order, subject to availability. Overnight shipping purchases MAY NOT be shipped until the following business day. I try my best to provide same day shipping but do have other life obligations. Same day shipping cut-off is 12:00 P.M Mountain Standard time and subject to change anytime. Business days are Monday through Friday excluding federal or local holidays. In the event that an item cannot ship within the standard deliver time, it will be treated as “backordered.” This means that you will be advised of the delay and will have the opportunity to cancel the order. This policy is subject to change at any time and without notice.

Packages lost in transit For all USPS First Class
We offer no coverage for ANY First Class packages that are lost in the mail.

USPS Priority mail, FedEx, and UPS packages:
If your order has not arrived by 7 days after the projected delivery date, it will be considered lost and we will offer a refund or order reshipment at your request.

Returns Policy Returns, Repairs and Exchange Policy Effective April 6, 2015 Please read and understand our warranty and return policy before placing an order. EXCHANGE PARTS WILL NOT BE SENT UNTIL THE ORIGNAL PART IS RETURNED TO US AND EVALUATED. SHIPPING IS AT THE CUSTOMERS EXPENSE FOR PARTS RETURNED TO THE DEFAULT WARRANTY PERIOD FOR ALL PRODUCTS IS 14 DAYS UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION. PLEASE TEST ALL PRODUCTS UPON RECIEPT. THE WARRANTY PERIOD EXPIRES WHETHER YOU TEST IT OR NOT. Products that are functional, not sold by, determined to be out of warranty or damaged by misuse will be sent back without exchange. Eligibility for refunds, repairs or exchanges are limited to products determined to have manufacturing defects or premature failure. Products that are damaged through misuse, negligence, abuse, or modified or repaired by anyone other than are not eligible for exchange. Instructions will be provided after a request is initiated. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you have any problem with an order such as missing items, you have 14 days from the time of receipt to notify us. Any missing order items claimed after 14 days will not be processed.
